How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, we will send you an email about your order details and the information about how you could track your order status.

Where do we ship?

We ship to any address that is available to select on our checkout page. For addresses that are not available on checkout, please feel free to ask info@uglycutie.com.au for a possible workaround.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time as we require a physical address for deliveries.

How long does the delivery take?

For orders within Australia, it may take 1-10 business days for your order to arrive.

For International orders it may take between 4-12 business days for your order to arrive, depending on where you live.

What is your return and refund policy?

How long will my refund take?

We will process your refund within 3 business days of the refund being approved to your original payment method. Depending on your bank and method of payment it may take between 3-10 business days for the refund to be received into your account. This is due to the bank processing time and not within our control. We are only able to issue a refund to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched by us we can cancel your order. There are no costs to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. For orders that have been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns policy for your order to be refunded or exchanged. We do not cover the costs of return postage for orders cancelled by customers.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been fulfilled or shipped out already, it can not be modified.
